Postpartum Doula Support

Postpartum doula support is such a huge help in allowing your family to have the best transition from sleepy newborn days to empowered parenting with an at home ‘guardian angel’ to help you along the way.

Baby Care

A postpartum doula carries with her a wealth of knowledge in regards to all things related to the newborn baby. She is trained to help with basic care of the baby and can guide you in the new world of caring for your little person. She will help you find your confidence to adjust to sometimes overwhelming tasks involved with bringing home your baby. She will help you navigate and feel empowered as you learn many tips that she has mastered from caring for her charges. Bathing, changing, swaddling, soothing, and baby wearing are all part of her daily skillset.

Mom Care

When a baby is born, so is a mother. Many families put so much in to the time preparing for their babies arrival that they forget what is involved once their little one is here. Enter your postpartum doula. She is trained and proficient in caring for you, your partner and your newborn in the wonderful and exhausting weeks when you are all getting to know each other. Care can look different for each family but making sure mom is well rested fed and informed can help her bond, engage and thrive with her new baby.
